DAY 2

PRASLIN: VALLÉE DE MAI & ANSE LAZIO

Visit the famous Vallée de Mai, a unique biosphere well deserving of its allocation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once believed to be the original site of the Garden of Eden, this magical place offers a forest of larger than life palms which play host to an array of rare and endemic species. Discover the Coco der Mer palm and its iconic seed, the largest on earth, as you take a leisurely guided tour through this awe-inspiring primeval forest. Next, visit the world famous Anse Lazio. This pristine beach, with its white sands and clear waters, is fringed by lush vegetation and bordered by magnificent granite boulders. Here you can swim, snorkel or relax on the soft sands of one of Seychelles’ finest strands.

DAY 3

PRASLIN TO LA DIGUE

Breakfast at your resort. Today we will catch a ferry from Praslin to La Digue on “Cat Rose”. On arrival at La Digue, you will be transferred to your hotel by our local representative. Complete Check-In formalities and relax at your hotel. La Digue is a close neighbour to Praslin and to its satellite islands of Félicité, Marianne and the Sisters Islands, La Digue is the fourth largest island in Seychelles. La Digue takes its name from one of the vessels in explorer Marion Dufresne's fleet, sent by the French to explore Seychelles' granitic islands in 1768. Apart from hosting the Seychelles' black paradise flycatcher, one of the rarest birds on earth, La Digue's biodiversity features such stars as the chinese bittern, cave swiftlet, waxbill as well as two rare species of terrapin.

DAY 4

EXPLORE LA DIGUE

After breakfast, rest of the day is at leisure. La Digue is an island where time stands still and time-honoured traditions such as travelling by ox-cart and bicycle are still king. Traditional methods of boat building and refining of coconut products (copra) are still practised on La Digue. The friendly atmosphere of this intimate island with its languid pace of life, traditional architecture and breathtaking beaches, such as legendary Anse Source d’Argent, is an absolute must for visitors. La Digue has numerous and diverse accommodation for visitors, and its picturesque satellite islands are ideal for snorkelling and diving excursions.

DAY 5

LA DIGUE TO MAHÉ

Breakfast at your Hotel. Today we take a ferry from La Digue to Mahe Island on “Cat Cocos”. Mahé, measuring 28km long by 8km wide, is the largest island and cultural and economic hub of the Inner Islands, and the international gateway to Seychelles. It is home to the international airport and the nation’s capital, Victoria. The island is home to almost 90% of the total population (or approximately 72,200 people) reflecting Seychelles' diverse ethnicity and descent from African, Indian, Chinese and European populations, and is the seat of government and the chief centre of commerce. With a backdrop of towering 1000m granite peaks, Mahé is an extraordinary treasure trove of flora that has evolved over centuries of splendid isolation. First visited by the British in 1609, Mahé was not visited again until Lazare Picault's expedition of 1742 when the gradual process of settling the island began, first by the French whose direct influence continued until 1814 and then as a British colony until Seychelles gained independence in 1976. On arrival, transfer to your resort & complete Check-In formalities and relax in your resort.

DAY 6

EXPLORE MAHÉ

After breakfast, rest of the day is at leisure. Mahe is by far the largest of 115 islands in Seychelles. Mahe beaches don't get as much press as those on Praslin or La Digue, but the island is not short of beautiful views, sweeping bays or great places to swim. In many ways the choice available and the relative anonymity are a big plus - there are so many beaches to discover that often you will find the best ones completely empty. You can also opt for Optional Excursions (at additional cost) such as Boat Charters, Island Exploration, Luxury Cruises, Sey Island Tour, Aride Island Nature Reserve, Bicentennial Monument, Ile Cocos Marine National Park etc.

DAY 7

DEPARTURE FROM SEYCHELLES AIRPORT

After breakfast, we proceed to Seychelles International Airport for our flight to onward destination. We hope you had a wonderful time & memories in Seychelles.

Frequently Asked Questions About Seychelles

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Seychelles, and what is the current entry process?

Seychelles generally does not operate a conventional tourist visa requirement for short visits, but travellers must satisfy entry requirements and obtain the required Electronic Travel Authorisation before travel. Always use the official Seychelles immigration/ETA process for the current rules.

What is the Seychelles Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) and when should I complete it?

Complete the Electronic Travel Authorisation before departure and keep accommodation, onward/return travel and other supporting information ready. Check the latest immigration requirements because documentation requirements can be updated.

What clothes and footwear are suitable for beaches, island tours and nature walks?

Pack swimwear, breathable clothes, reef/beach footwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, a light rain jacket and comfortable walking shoes. Add modest clothing for local communities and religious sites.

Should I carry Seychelles Rupees, foreign currency or cards?

Carry some Seychelles Rupees for local expenses, but cards are widely useful at established hotels and businesses. Keep a backup payment method.

Do I need a SIM/eSIM and internet access on the islands?

Internet is available in tourist areas and hotels, and an eSIM/SIM can be useful for independent travel. Confirm coverage for remote beaches and islands before relying on mobile data.

Are vegetarian and Indian food options available in Seychelles?

Vegetarian and Indian food can be arranged at many hotels and restaurants, but inform the property before arrival, especially for strict Jain requirements.

What entry documents, travel insurance, accommodation proof and onward-ticket requirements should I keep ready?

Keep your ETA approval, accommodation confirmation, onward ticket and insurance details accessible. Island weather can change quickly, so keep some flexibility in ferry and activity schedules.
